Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Flexible)

About the Role:

Avantis Wardrobe Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated BBA/MBA Marketing & Sales Professional to join our growing team. As part of our marketing and sales efforts, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and increasing sales across various platforms. You will collaborate with our team to help grow our customer base and expand the reach of our premium wardrobe solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our wardrobe solutions.

Identify and convert leads into customers through various sales channels.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns.

Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with leads to ensure satisfaction.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends.

Assist in organizing and promoting company events and promotions.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (BBA/MBA preferred).

1 to 2 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexible and adaptable, with a passion for marketing and sales.
