Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. In this role, the individual will be responsible for identifying and generating International leads, managing relationships with clients, and facilitating sales activities. Additional responsibilities include developing sales strategies, providing training to the team, maintaining reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies for business growth.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and build rapport.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to understand client needs, close deals, and achieve targets.
• Experience in Training and team support to enhance team performance and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Ability to analyze market trends, strategize campaigns, and assist in aligning marketing and sales objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in sales or marketing roles is beneficial.
