Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing outstanding customer service, conducting sales training sessions, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves creating marketing initiatives to promote the company's products and services effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management strategies to achieve and exceed company targets
• Experience in conducting Training sessions to enhance the proficiency of team members
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a results-driven approach
• Prior experience in the plywood or building materials industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
