Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Dehradun. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and conducting training sessions for new sales staff. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, maintaining sales records, achieving sales targets, and working collaboratively with the marketing team to execute promotional activities.

• Ability to conduct training sessions and mentor new team members
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
