We provide products and services across 6 countries on 4 continents, specializing in the design and manufacturing of CNC machine tools and automation for machine tools. Our company also offers engineering services using SolidWorks and AutoCAD, as well as precision component manufacturing.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in the Greater Delhi Area, with some work from home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing customer service, developing and implementing sales strategies, providing training to the sales team, and overseeing sales management. Day-to-day tasks will include interacting with customers, managing sales processes, and developing marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to develop and conduct Training programs for sales teams
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or machinery industry is a plus
• CNC Application, Machining Cycle Time Study , Tooling and Programming knowledge are preferred.
