Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads provided by marketing and digital channels.
• Conduct detailed consultations with potential clients to assess eligibility for various immigration programs (PR, work permits, study visas, etc.).
• Provide accurate information on visa processes, documentation, timelines, and costs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high conversion and satisfaction levels.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
• Stay updated with changing immigration policies and program requirements of major destinations (Canada, Australia, UK, etc.).
• Collaborate with the counseling and documentation teams for smooth case processing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 34 years of experience in

  sales or business development

  , preferably in the

  immigration, visa, or overseas education

  domain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Good understanding of immigration programs (Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, persuasive, and target-driven.
