About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic *Student Counselor* with 3–4 years of experience in counseling students for higher education, test preparation, and career pathways. The ideal candidate will guide students in making informed academic and career decisions, while also supporting them throughout the admission and application processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Counsel students on study abroad options, courses, universities, and career pathways.

* Provide guidance on English proficiency tests (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, etc.)* and admission requirements.

* Assist students with application processes, documentation, and visa guidance.

* Address student queries and provide personalized counseling sessions.

* Conduct seminars, workshops, and one-on-one sessions for prospective students.

* Maintain student records and track progress through the counseling process.

* Collaborate with academic and training teams to ensure students receive holistic support.

* Stay updated with latest trends in education, visa policies, and universities.

Requirements

* 3–4 years of experience as a student counselor or in a similar role.

* Strong knowledge of study abroad programs and admission procedures.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to build rapport and handle students/parents professionally.

* Graduate/Postgraduate in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field.

* Proven track record of successful student guidance and admissions.
