Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role located in Gurugram at Vibhuti Strength LLP. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, driving sales, conducting training sessions, and managing the sales process. Qualifications Communication and Customer Service skills Sales and Sales Management skills Experience in conducting training sessions Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Knowledge of waste management or sustainability practices is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Key Responsibility Drive B2B sales of recycled plastic products (benches, tiles, dustbins, fencing, recycled sheets / panels, etc.) by generating and managing B2B leads across sectors Develop & execute strategic marketing campaigns across digital & offline channels Build partnerships with government bodies, corporates, builders, interior designers andNGOs Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing Maintain CRM and track client communications Represent the brand at industry expos and sustainability forums Coordinate with production and logistics for smooth order delivery Show more Show less
