Role Description

Job Objective

The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating demand, engaging with HR and talent acquisition professionals, and closing deals for paid subscription plans. This role focuses on outreach, customer relationship building, and executing the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to deal closurein India market.

Performance Measures

Achieve and exceed monthly targets by converting qualified prospects into paying customers for the company's paid subscription plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation:

    Identify and engage with key customers in the talent acquisition and recruitment industry to generate interest in our solutions.
  • Market Research:

    Conduct research to identify potential clients, collect accurate contact information, and maintain an updated customer database.
  • Customer Engagement:

    Deliver impactful product presentations and live demos to showcase the platform's value proposition.
  • Opportunity Management:

    Document opportunities, track progress, and follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Communication & Scheduling:

    Send professional emails, schedule client calls and online meetings, and ensure timely responses.
  • Social Media Outreach:

    Leverage social media channels, especially LinkedIn, to reach and engage potential customers.
  • Deal Closure:

    Drive negotiations and close subscription deals with customers.
  • Customer Visits:

    Conduct on-site visits (when required) to support deal finalization or relationship building.
