The role involves assisting in project planning, tracking progress, managing documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of all project milestones. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor marketing and sales projects from start to finish. Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and timelines. Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations. Follow up with clients, vendors, and internal departments for project updates. Prepare and maintain project reports, status updates, and documentation. Support the marketing team in campaigns, branding activities, and promotional events. Track leads, manage customer inquiries, and maintain CRM data. Coordinate logistics, such as material movement, site requirements, and delivery schedules. Ensure project deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. Assist management with data collection, analysis, and report preparation.
