Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist located in Buxar. The Sales And Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing marketing strategies, and conducting market research. Key tasks include communicating with customers, providing customer service, leading sales training sessions, and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets. Additionally, the specialist will be expected to build and maintain relationships with clients, identify new sales opportunities, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to conduct and deliver effective Training sessions for the sales team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
