Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for daily tasks such as managing customer interactions, driving sales, training sales staff, and overseeing sales management processes. The role also involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to meet company objectives.

• Proven Sales experience and Sales Management capabilities
• Ability to train and mentor sales staff
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the windows and doors manufacturing industry is a plus
