Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jabalpur for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The primary responsibilities include developing and managing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, enhancing the customer experience, identifying new sales opportunities, and proposing solutions based on customer needs. The role also involves providing training to team members, analyzing market trends, and contributing to overall business growth through effective marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and build lasting relationships
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including creating strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Experience and capability in Training team members to enhance their sales and customer service performance
• Analytical mindset to evaluate market trends and develop effective marketing strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency with sales and marketing tools or software is a plus
• Self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven approach
