🔍 Who We’re Looking For

Experienced sales professionals with a proven high preforming sales career track & strong background in dealer/distributor channel management within the solar or allied electrical sectors (inverters, batteries, energy systems, etc.).

💼 Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth in the assigned region through strategic channel development

Expand and manage B2B and/or B2C sales networks

Build strong dealer/distributor relationships to achieve revenue targets

Identify and tap new business opportunities; implement go-to-market strategies

Lead and mentor sales teams (mandatory for ASM & RSM roles)

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution

✅ Key Requirements

Industry Experience

Solar or related electrical product sales (e.g., inverter, battery, ESS)

Sales Channel Expertise

Proven experience in distribution and frontline sales

Track Record

Demonstrated business growth and consistent sales achievements

Adaptability

Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth business environments

Leadership (for ASM/RSM roles)

Team management experience is mandatory
