Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. While the primary location is in Mumbai, some work from home is acceptable. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer service, training sales teams, and overseeing sales management. Daily tasks will include interacting with clients, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional customer support.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Experience in Training sales teams
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the startup ecosystem is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
