The second unit, Gajanan Minchem Pvt. Ltd., is in Durgapur, covering 15 acres. Our logistics company, Premium Infra Logistics Pvt Ltd., headquartered in Kolkata, operates offices across multiple locations in Odisha and West Bengal. We facilitate the transportation of iron ore and other minerals, capable of delivering up to 1 million tons monthly.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales & Marketing Specialist (10+ years) with strong exposure to the steel and refractory sector. The role involves driving sales growth, managing client relationships across major steel plants, and developing nationwide marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for steel and refractory-related products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase and production heads of steel plants.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.

Lead negotiations and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Provide training, mentorship, and performance oversight to the sales team.

Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to align strategy.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training sessions and mentor team members

10+ years experience in Sales & Marketing within the Steel or Refractory Industry.

Strong network and established connections in steel plants across India.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Strategic and analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Metallurgy, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
