You will be working as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Ebelt Solutions Pvt Ltd, a full-time hybrid role based in Bhiwandi with some fieldwork involved. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service to industrial clients, especially CNC machine users for our industrial power transmission belts. Your daily tasks will involve identifying sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, along with a proven track record in sales and sales management. You must be capable of providing comprehensive training and support to the sales team, demonstrating strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. The role requires you to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team. Previous experience in the relevant industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.,
