Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at DevERP Solutions Private Limited, located in Ahmedabad. 1. Preparing marketing and sales strategies. 2. Conducting extensive research on competitors' products and services. 3. Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns. 4. Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients. 5. Answering client’s questions in a professional manner. 6. Participating in exhibitions and conferences organized by the company. 7. Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company. 8. Ensuring the company meets the sales targets. 9. Handling complaints of the clients. 10. Negotiating the deals with the clients. 11. Taking feed-backs from the clients. 12. Creating marketing campaigns on social media platforms. 13. Writing monthly reports on the performance of the campaigns. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales and Sales Management Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using sales and marketing software tools Previous experience in the ERP software industry is a plus Ability to work effectively in a team environment Gujarati Language should be understood and speak.
