Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relations, and training the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, closing sales deals, providing excellent customer service, and managing sales performance to achieve organizational goals. About the Role We’re looking for a curious, motivated, and design-driven Junior Product Designer to join our fastgrowing AI startup. You’ll help shape the look, feel, and usability of cutting-edge AI products from the ground up. In this role, you’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to turn complex AI capabilities into intuitive, human-centered experiences. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn rapidly, make an impact, and grow your design skills in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment. What You’ll Do Work with senior designers to turn product ideas and user insights into sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Collaborate with engineers and product managers to bring designs to life while maintaining usability and visual excellence. Participate in user research and testing to understand user needs and refine designs based on feedback. Contribute to building and maintaining our design system for consistency and scalability. What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in product, UX, or interaction design (internships, side projects, and coursework all count!).
