Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Kolkata. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, and delivering training sessions to support the sales team. The specialist will also collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to develop and conduct Training sessions
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in market research and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the biotech or healthcare industry is a plus
