Key Roles & Responsibilities - Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and standards. Conduct inspections, audits, and tests on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products. Identify quality issues and lead root cause analyses and corrective actions. Maintain documentation and records of quality assurance activities. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certifications. Train and guide production staff on quality practices. Communicate quality findings and improvement plans to management. Required Qualifications / Skills - Candidate must hold a any of the following degrees - B.Sc, B.Pharm or D.Pharm , B.E. or Diploma (Mechanical). Candidate should be able to communicate fluently in English language. Candidate must have good command in basic PC Operations (MS Word, MS Excel & Emailing) Candidate should have a strong presence of mind, problem solving approach & he/she should be confident in communicating ideas & issues. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: QA/QC: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
