At Blue Bird Digitals, we prioritize delivering results that matter. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Panchkula. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and conducting sales training sessions. The Specialist will also manage sales teams to help meet sales targets and drive business growth. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Proven sales and sales management skills Experience in conducting sales training sessions Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Prior experience in digital marketing or a related field is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
