Job Description

Position Summary

The Sales & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple brands within the group. This role requires a strong balance of sales acumen and marketing creativity, with proven experience in both digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and approach prospective clients, partners, and institutions.
  • Generate, nurture, and convert leads into revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Develop sales presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Marketing Execution

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, SEO, email, influencer).
  • Oversee offline marketing: events, BTL activities, tie-ups with hotels/corporates.
  • Coordinate with creative/design team to produce marketing assets.
  • Manage social media calendars, posting, and engagement campaigns.
  • Track ROI of campaigns and optimize for cost efficiency.

Strategic Support

  • Conduct competitor and market research.
  • Suggest innovative campaigns to strengthen brand presence.
  • Coordinate with management on sponsorships, collaborations, and brand partnerships.
  • Maintain CRM data, campaign reports, and dashboards.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales negotiation and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, Meta, Google Ads).
  • Ability to manage ATL/BTL campaigns.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track and optimize performance.
  • Creative thinking with execution discipline.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 36 years of proven experience in sales and marketing.
  • Experience managing multiple brands across different industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and analytics platforms.

Reporting To

  • Marketing Manager / Group Marketing Head / Managing Director
