Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative, located in Ernakulam. Responsibilities include driving sales and marketing efforts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, conducting product presentations, and implementing strategic plans to achieve targets. The role also involves providing customer service support and delivering sales training to team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
• Strong skills in Customer Service and creating positive customer experiences
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing strategies
• Experience in delivering Training and guiding team members
• Proficiency in developing and executing sales plans
• Results-driven mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge in the food manufacturing or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
