Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative located in Gurugram. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, managing customer relationships, providing superior customer service, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in BPM or related industry is a plus
