As an Executive Business Development, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the company through new client acquisition and business development in Delhi and Gurgaon. Your responsibilities will include: - Acquiring new clients and developing new business in the designated area. - Conducting meetings with clients and ensuring client retention and satisfaction. - Pitching new business ideas and achieving set targets. - Handling both new and existing clients effectively. - Collaborating with team members, being adaptive, and focusing on achieving results. - Researching organizations online and offline to build a pipeline for future clients. - Implementing strategic marketing initiatives to sell products through various channels. - Monitoring competitors and staying updated on industry trends. - Contacting prospective clients, scheduling appointments, and finalizing deals. - Meeting clients' requirements and providing prompt services to maintain long-term relationships. - Creating customized presentations and commercial proposals based on client needs. - Establishing connections with buyers and sellers to secure deals. Qualifications and Skills: - Any graduate or post-graduate with sales experience. - Knowledge of industrial secondary products. - Passion for sales and understanding market trends. - Strong growth and start-up mindset. - Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. - Proficiency in English language.
