Today, it stands as the largest supplier of honey in India, while also offering a diverse product portfolio that includes fruit jams, natural coffee, apple cider, and a variety of vinegars. The company is ISO 22000:2005, ISO 9001:2005, GMP, and WeConnect certified, with quality approvals from Intertek and TUV.


Role: Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Shrirangapattana (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month


The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading Nectar Fresh’s marketing initiatives to drive growth, brand awareness, and market penetration. This role requires strong expertise in FMCG marketing, strategic planning, and digital brand building.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strengthen the brand’s digital presence through innovative online marketing approaches.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve business targets.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Proven experience in FMCG or Food Industry marketing (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, campaign management, and market research.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and budget management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially sales.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Note: Only candidates with prior experience in FMCG or the food industry will be considered.
