Sales and Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager in our company, your role will involve crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, which includes Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative. You will be responsible for preparing and managing monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department. Setting, monitoring, and reporting on team goals will also be a key aspect of your job. Additionally, you will design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies to enhance our market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts such as events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional materials - Analyze consumer behavior to determine customer personas and identify opportunities to reach new market segments - Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans to support the growth of the Marketing department - Monitor competition activities including acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products/features - Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness - Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role - Strong leadership and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to decision-making - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field In addition to the job responsibilities, you will be entitled to health insurance, a performance bonus, and will be working full-time during day shifts at our in-person work location.,
