As the Sales & Marketing Manager - Export at Crescent, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our international business by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Located in Manesar, Gurgaon, our packaging unit is seeking a dynamic professional with a proven track record in export marketing, particularly within the paper packaging industry.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Export Marketing Strategies:Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the exportbusiness.Identify target markets, assess market trends, and develop plans to capitalize onexport opportunities.2. Market Research and Analysis:Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, competitors,and market trends.Analyze data to make informed decisions and stay ahead of market changes.3. Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients ininternational markets.Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.4. Export Documentation and Compliance:Manage and oversee the preparation of export documentation in compliance withinternational regulations.Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to export activities.5. Sales and Business Development:Achieve sales targets by actively seeking and pursuing new businessopportunities.Develop and nurture partnerships with distributors, agents, and otherstakeholders.6. Promotional Activities:Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to enhance brandvisibility in international markets.Utilize digital marketing channels effectively to reach a global audience.7. Budget Management:Develop and manage the marketing budget for the export division.Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
