The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting company products, developing marketing strategies, increasing brand awareness, and driving sales growth. Sales:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach.
• Visit outlets, franchisees, and potential clients to promote products and services.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the management.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed business.
• Maintain healthy relationships with existing franchise partners and distributors.
• Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, pricing, and trends.
• Assist in planning and executing sales strategies for product launches or special offers.

Marketing:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to enhance brand visibility.
• Coordinate with the design team for posters, banners, and social media creatives.
• Manage digital marketing activities including social media posts, ads, and promotions.
• Participate in events, trade fairs, and brand promotion activities.
• Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance satisfaction.
• Support marketing team in content creation, lead generation, and promotional activities.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
