We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of experience to lead our team in Bhadaur, Barnala. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve company targets.
• Collect and analyse reports from the team to evaluate productivity and suggest improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while generating new leads.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on competitors, customer needs, and industry trends.
