Handle customer experience end-to-end β†’ including unhappy customers, ensure glowing reviews. Coordinate & assign tasks to site engineers β†’ ensure work gets done on time. Act as a leader & strong proxy to the CEO β†’ drive accountability across Sales + Engineering teams. Maintain monthly relationship calls with all clients β†’ ensure trust & ongoing satisfaction. Should have excellent presentation, grooming & communication β€” as this is a client-facing & leadership role. Key Responsibilities: Sales: Follow up on all inbound and outbound leads, conduct site visits, close deals. Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and maintain sales reports. Customer Relationship: Call all customers monthly post-sales β†’ ensure smooth experience. Handle angry/dissatisfied customers tactfully, convert them into happy promoters. Drive Google reviews and testimonials for company. Team Leadership & Coordination: Act as Team Lead β†’ assign and follow up tasks to site engineers. Ensure engineers report daily work to you. Drive accountability in the team. Company Ownership & Culture: Own the vibe and leadership in office. Confident to lead even if younger than others. Be cool & approachable β€” but also bossy & firm when needed. Direct reporting to CEO β€” act as right hand to drive key company processes. Ideal Candidate Profile: 2-5 years experience in Real Estate Sales preferred. Strong personality β†’ confident, articulate, leadership qualities. Passionate about customer experience and closing sales. Able to handle pressure & tough customers. Leadership mindset β€” not afraid to lead and get things done.
