• Lead Generation & Calling
  

Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients.
Follow up on inbound leads from website, campaigns, or referrals.Reach out via phone, WhatsApp, and email as per the outreach sequence.

• Qualification of Leads
  

Understand customer requirements, pain points, and budget.
Identify decision-makers and assess buying readiness.Qualify leads using BANT / relevant criteria.

• Product Pitching
  

Present IT solutions (ERP, CRM, SaaS, software services) in a clear and simple manner.
Customize pitch based on industry or client challenges.Explain pricing, features, and value proposition.

• CRM & Data Management
  

Update all call logs, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM (HubSpot/Zoho/etc.).
Maintain accurate and clean customer databases.Track daily activities: calls made, leads generated, demos booked.

• Coordination with Sales/Tech Team
  

Schedule demos for the sales/pre-sales team.
Share client requirements with technical team for proposals.Coordinate on follow-ups and closures.

• Email & WhatsApp Communication
  

Send follow-up emails, proposals, and product brochures.
Respond to queries from prospects in a timely manner.

• Target Achievement
  

Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
Work towards monthly revenue or demo targets.

• Market & Account Research
  

Research companies, industries, and decision-makers before calling.
Stay updated on product updates and competitor offerings.

• Reporting
  

Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
Update manager on pipeline progress and challenges.

• Customer Relationship Building
  

Maintain a professional tone and build rapport over calls.
