You will be responsible for assisting in lead generation and sales support by identifying new business opportunities and reaching out to potential clients. Additionally, you will help manage inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups to nurture leads. In terms of client interaction, you will communicate with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, provide information on our offerings, and support the sales teams in closing deals. You will also be involved in gathering and analyzing data on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior. Collaboration with teams and maintaining customer relationships will be crucial aspects of your role. You will help maintain relationships with clients by providing after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Education: Pursuing BBA or MBA in Sales, Marketing, or any related field. - Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills (Fluent speaking in Bengali and English) to effectively engage with potential clients. - Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams.
