Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Intern. The intern will support the sales and marketing teams in generating leads, assisting in sales efforts, managing customer service inquiries, and providing training support. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing materials, conducting market research, assisting in customer interactions, and supporting sales management activities. The intern will gain valuable experience in sales and marketing strategies, customer service best practices, and the dynamics of staffing and recruitment processes.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience or interest in Sales and Sales Management
Ability to assist in Training and development activities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus
Enthusiastic and willing to learn about the recruitment and staffing industry
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing one)
