Sales and Marketing Intern

As a Customer Relationship Management professional, your primary responsibility will be to build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. You will need to understand and address customer needs effectively by providing solutions that align with our company's manufacturing capabilities. In terms of Sales Target Achievement, your goal will be to not only meet but also exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This will involve developing and implementing sales strategies that are in line with the company's objectives. As part of Market Analysis, you will be expected to identify market trends and customer demands. Keeping an eye on competitor activities will also be crucial, allowing you to adjust strategies accordingly to stay competitive. A comprehensive understanding of our manufacturing products or services will be essential. Your role will include educating customers about the features and benefits of our offerings to drive sales. Negotiation and Closing skills will be vital in your day-to-day tasks. You will be required to prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms with clients, and finalize contracts to secure deals. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions will be part of your Reporting and Coordination responsibilities. Collaboration with production, logistics, and customer service teams will also be necessary to ensure smooth operations. This is a full-time position with a fixed shift schedule that requires in-person work at the designated location.
