• Conduct outreach to prospective learners through calls and WhatsApp
• Assist in converting inquiries into course enrollments
• Maintain accurate data and follow-up status in the CRM
• Shadow senior sales executives and learn inside sales techniques
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead handling and feedback

• Fresh graduates or final-year students from any stream
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Passionate about sales, targets, and customer interaction
• Willingness to work in a high-performance, target-driven team
• Good attitude, strong follow-up discipline, and willingness to learn
