About job Summary:

This role focuses on building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth within the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their sales expertise to expand market presence and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell ceramic tiles and tile adhesives to retailers, contractors, and construction professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
• Achieve a minimum of 3 confirmed orders per month; additional orders will be rewarded through incentives.
• Conduct market visits, product demonstrations, and participate in local marketing campaigns.
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management and provide feedback on market trends.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales/marketing experience, preferably in building materials or construction-related products.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
• Mandatory proficiency in Tamil for local market communication; English is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a willingness to travel within Chennai and nearby areas.
• Ability to achieve a minimum of 3 bulk orders per month.
