Sales and Marketing Executive

About Us

We are a technology-driven company specializing in the design and manufacturing of EEG headsets and related neurotechnology products. Our devices are used in research, education, wellness, and consumer applications such as stress detection, cognitive load measurement, and focus monitoring. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales & Marketing professional to expand our market presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote EEG headsets across research institutes, universities, wellness companies, and B2B customers.
• Identify and generate new leads, build client relationships, and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Create and implement marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events, conferences) to build product awareness.
• Represent the company in conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand product features and communicate benefits to customers in simple and compelling ways.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and demonstrations for potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the neurotechnology and wearable market.
• Manage and grow online presence (social media, website, email campaigns, SEO/SEM).
• Track sales metrics and prepare monthly reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in medical devices, wearables, or tech products is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them to non-technical customers.
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a startup/fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, demos, and exhibitions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
