Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Promote company services through effective marketing strategies, presentations, and client meetings.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts by ensuring strong customer relationships and regular follow-ups.
  • Assist in developing sales plans, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, digital marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven personality.
  • Proven sales skills with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
