Job Title: Tailor – Cap, Hat & Shirt Stitching Location: Chennai Job Type: Full-time Salary: According to the industry standard and experience Experience: Minimum 1–2 years preferred in cap/hat or shirt stitching 🧵 Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and skilled Tailor who specializes in stitching caps, hats, and shirts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with sewing machines, patterns, and garment finishing techniques, with a strong eye for detail and quality. 🧶 Key Responsibilities: Stitch various styles of caps, hats, and shirts as per design specifications Work with different materials including cotton, denim, polyester, etc. Read and understand patterns, technical drawings, and sample garments Operate industrial sewing machines and related tools efficiently Ensure proper fitting, finishing, and quality of final stitched products Maintain cleanliness and order in the stitching workstation Collaborate with designers and production team for prototyping and bulk orders 🧵 Requirements: Proven experience in stitching caps/hats and shirts Ability to handle different types of sewing machines (flatbed, overlock, etc.) Knowledge of garment construction and pattern cutting is a plus Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to work under deadlines and meet production targets Team player with a positive attitude ✅ Benefits: Competitive salary and incentives Flexible working hours Opportunity to work on unique and creative products Career growth in fashion and garment production 📞 How to Apply: Email your resume/work portfolio: rahul@qneuro.com
