Sales and Marketing Executive

We Nifty Interio are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Interior Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a keen interest in design and home interiors. Your main responsibility will be to convert leads into customers by effectively communicating design ideas, services, and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in and online inquiries from potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and guide them through the interior design process.Provide product and design consultation and suggest appropriate design packages or services.Collaborate with design and execution teams to ensure client satisfaction.Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.Prepare and share quotations and negotiate terms to close sales.Maintain CRM and provide regular reports on leads and conversions.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred

Proven experience in interior sales or home improvement industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of interior design trends, materials, and services.Familiar with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional language (Telugu preferred for AP & Telangana).Perks & Benefits:Competitive salary with attractive incentives.Training and development in interior design and sales.Opportunity to grow with a reputed interior brand.Work in a creative and energetic team environment.

Salary 15k + 2.5% of every sale deal closed
