Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing Executives to promote financial products and services. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills. Key Responsibilities:Identify and target new clients for financial products (mutual funds, insurance, loans, etc.) Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness Maintain and nurture client relationships Generate leads through various channels (calls, social media, field visits, etc.) Conduct market research and competitor analysis Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (any stream) Good communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in client handling and sales pitching Basic knowledge of financial products is a plus (training will be provided for freshers) Ability to work independently and in a team
