Job Responsibilities: • Identify and approach potential clients interested in stock market investments. • Open Demat and Trading Accounts for new clients. • Explain investment products such as mutual funds, shares, IPOs, and insurance plans. • Maintain strong client relationships and provide guidance on trading platforms and market trends. • Assist clients with account activation, KYC verification, and trading support. • Achieve monthly sales and account-opening targets. • Stay updated with stock market news, company performance, and market regulations. • Coordinate with the back-office and compliance team for smooth operations. • Handle customer queries and ensure excellent post-sales service. • Promote the company’s financial products and offers through calls, social media, and client meetings. Required Skills: • Good communication and convincing ability. • Basic knowledge of stock market and trading platforms. • Sales-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills. • Ability to handle clients professionally. • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations. Qualification: • Minimum Graduate (any stream). • Experience: Minimum 1 year in stock market / trading / broking firm preferred. • NISM Certification (if available) will be an added advantage.
