Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients such as

    hotels, resorts, builders, architects, interior designers, homeowners, and real estate developers

    .
  • Promote and explain the companys premium range of products, including:
  • Flooring

    : Wooden, Vinyl, Laminate, SPC
  • Wall Solutions

    : Wallpapers, Wall Coverings, Soffit Panels
  • Soft Furnishings

    : Curtains, Blinds, Mattress, Bed & Bath Linen
  • Furniture & Dcor

    : Custom Printed Frames, Sofas, Tables (excluding hard furniture)
  • Conduct

    field visits, client meetings, and presentations

    to generate leads and build strong business relationships.
  • Understand client requirements, provide tailored solutions, and collaborate with design/production teams for execution.
  • Prepare and share

    quotations

    , handle

    pricing negotiations

    , and ensure timely

    deal closures

    .
  • Coordinate with back-end and installation teams for

    on-time delivery and quality execution

    .
  • Maintain a

    sales pipeline, daily visit logs, and conversion reports

    to track progress.
  • Represent the

    HappyMonk brand with professionalism, confidence, and a customer-first attitude

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education

    : Any Graduate (Preferred: BBA/BMS, B.Com, B.Arch, B.Des; MBA/PG in Marketing is a plus).
  • Experience

    : 1-4 years in

    sales/marketing of interior products, building materials, furnishings, real estate, or hospitality solutions

    .
  • Strong

    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    .
  • Comfortable with

    field-based work, client visits, and target-driven environment

    .
  • Ability to engage with

    senior stakeholders

    (builders, hoteliers, architects, HNIs).
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating with teams.
  • Familiarity with

    sales documentation, quotations, CRM tools

    is an advantage.
  • Passion for interiors, design trends, and customer engagement.
