Job Description: • Interacting with B2B clients over calls on a daily basis and scheduling introductory meetings • Generate potential leads & introduce our portable cold storage solutions & its benefits • Identifying the challenges faced by clients with respect to temperature-controlled storage needs and providing relevant solutions using the USPs of DCS Portable Cold Storage solutions • Maintain accurate & up-to-date records of calls, leads, and appointments in our CRM system • Collaborate with sales team to ensure effective follow-up on leads & maximize conversion rates • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with their needs and provide necessary support • Coordinate, prepare, and actively participate in exhibitions and relevant business events to promote our products and services • In addition to these responsibilities, you may be assigned other tasks as and when needed
