Key Responsibilities: Sales Duties: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings Manage existing accounts to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify business opportunities Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software Marketing Duties: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media Work with design and content teams to produce promotional materials and advertisements Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns (ROI, KPIs) Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform strategic planning Coordinate with external vendors, media partners, and agencies as needed Assist with the planning and execution of trade shows, events, and product launches Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Preferred Skills (Optional): Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms) Graphic design or basic knowledge of tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or social media insights Working Conditions: Full-time position May require occasional travel to meet clients or attend events
