Sales and Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and convert prospects into clients for software development, web applications, and IT services. Identify target markets, research potential clients, and build a strong sales pipeline. Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations to showcase software capabilities. Collaborate with the technical team to prepare customized proposals and quotations. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email, paid ads) to boost brand visibility. Manage CRM systems and track client communications effectively. Attend IT expos, webinars, and networking events to represent the company. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in IT sales, software products, or digital marketing preferred. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and online lead generation platforms. Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and target-driven individual.
