Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our fast-growing interior design company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, marketing campaigns, and strategic promotions. This role requires a combination of persuasive sales skills and creative marketing execution to help position our brand as a market leader in premium home interiors. Sales Responsibilities: Understand client requirements, preferences, and budgets through direct interaction and site visits. Present and sell interior design services to potential customers across digital, telephonic, and in-person channels. Prepare and send quotations, follow up regularly, and negotiate terms to close sales. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business. Coordinate with design and project teams to align deliverables with client expectations. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely communication and service. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Marketing Responsibilities: Plan and execute marketing campaigns (both online and offline) to drive lead generation and brand awareness. Manage and grow the companys presence on social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube). Organize promotional activities such as events, site launch campaigns, influencer tie-ups, and exhibitions. Collaborate with content/design teams to generate marketing materials (reels, banners, client success stories, case studies). Maintain listings and visibility on digital platforms (Google, Houzz, JustDial, etc.). Track campaign performance, generate insights, and report regularly with recommendations for improvement. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1+ years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in interiors/home design is preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO basics) is an added advantage. Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven approach.
