Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our brand, services, and events. The role involves both field marketing activities (such as pamphlet distribution, stall setup, and local promotions) and indoor marketing coordination to generate leads and boost brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Marketing Activities

• Distribute pamphlets, brochures, and flyers in target areas (schools, colleges, coaching centers, marketplaces, etc.)
• Coordinate and participate in stall setups, exhibitions, and local events.
• Display posters and banners at strategic locations.
• Conduct door-to-door or street-level brand awareness activities.
• Build connections with local businesses, institutes, and influencers for promotional partnerships.

2. Lead Generation & Promotion

• Approach potential customers and explain products/services.
• Collect customer contact details for follow-up by the sales team.
• Promote ongoing offers, discounts, or events in public areas.

3. Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily activity and lead generation reports.
• Share market feedback and competitor activity insights with management.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for creative material and campaign updates.

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of marketing and sales techniques.
• Ability to work in the field and travel locally.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
• Minimum education: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience in field marketing or sales will be an advantage.

Work Environment

• Field-based role with local travel.
• May require weekend availability for events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
